Ask about the discounts in our Colorado Bed and Breakfast for people involved in full-time Christian ministry, military, and seniors.

Alcohol/Smoking Policy

We are a smoke-free facility.  You can bring alcoholic drinks with you but it should be used in your room.  

Child Policy

Children must be 6 years old or older to stay at the inn.  An additional $15/day/child will be added to the room costs.

Pet Policy

Pets are not allowed in the inn, however, a dog can be kenneled in our garage.

Reservation Policies

Advance reservations are recommended. A credit card number is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits can be used only if the check is received within two weeks of the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. A written confirmation will be sent upon receipt of your reservation. Certain rules apply to holidays, special events and groups.

Holidays and Special Events - 1 month cancellation notice and minimum night stay required.

Cancellation Policies

Our cancellation is simple. We ask for the first night's payment or guarantee with a credit card when the reservation is made. If you cancel more than 24 hours before the reservation, the payment will be refunded. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation we reserve the right to retain the payment unless we can rent the room again.

Holidays and Special Events - 1 month cancellation notice and a 2 night minimum stay required.
