Alcohol/Smoking Policy

We are a smoke-free and an alcohol-free facility. We are also unable to accomodate pets.

Reservation Policies

Advance reservations are recommended. A credit card number is required to hold the reservation. Check deposits can be used only if the check is received within one week of the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. A written confirmation will be sent upon deposit of receipt. Certain rules apply to holidays, special events and groups.

Holidays and Special Events - 1 month cancellation notice and minimum night stay requirement.

Cancellation Policies

Our cancellation is simple. We ask for the first night's payment or guarantee with a credit card when the reservation is made.  If you cancel more than 24 hours before the reservation, the payment will be refunded.  If you cancel less than 24 hours before the reservation we reserve the right to retain the payment unless we can rent the room again.
